    Main Drainage Monitoring System of Xiaohezui Coal Mine Based on Electric Peak Filling Valley Technology

    • 摘要: 为满足小河嘴煤矿排水系统实现自动化控制及用电管理的需求,设计并建设一套矿井主排水监控系统。介绍了基于PLC控制器监控系统的工作原理。从主要设备构成、数据结构、控制算法流程等方面详细分析了主排水监控系统设计及建设中需要注意的问题,以及基本原则。对需求中出现的用电避峰填谷问题进行了深入分析,提供了解决方案并加以实施。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of automatic control and electricity management of the drainage system of Xiaohezui Coal Mine, a set of mine main drainage monitoring system is designed and constructed. The principle of monitoring system based on PLC controller is introduced. From the main equipment composition, data structure, control algorithm flow and other aspects, this paper analyzes in detail the problems needing attention in the design and construction of the main drainage monitoring system, as well as the basic principles. In this paper, the problem of electric peak filling valley is analyzed, and the solution is provided and implemented.
