    Effect of Connected Structure with Small Section on Gas Explosion Pressure in Flame-proof Shell

    • 摘要: 分析了隔板小孔、连接管道、电动机气隙和狭缝等常见的小截面连通结构,阐述了隔爆外壳内气体爆炸压力的理论计算及小截面连通外壳内压力重叠现象,研究了截面积、连通长度、连通腔体大小及多重连通等因素对小截面连通腔体爆炸压力的影响,提出了设计注意事项。

       

      Abstract: The common small cross-section connecting structures such as baffle holes, connecting pipes, motor air gap and slits are analyzed. The theoretical calculation of gas explosion pressure in flameproof enclosure and the phenomenon of pressure overlap in small cross-section connected shell are expounded. The effects of cross-section area, connecting length, size of connecting cavity and multiple connections on explosion pressure of small cross-section connected cavity are studied. The design notes are proposed.
