State Monitoring and Early Warning System of Shearer Based on MPC5605BK

摘要: 为了能够实时监测采煤机工作状态,设计了一套基于MPC5605BK的采煤机监测预警系统。根据反应采煤机运行状态的主要参数,分别设计了电压信号、电流信号、温度信号、电机转速、运行姿态的检测电路,同时设计了监控系统的软件,实现了对采煤机运行状态的检测和故障报警功能。

Abstract: In order to monitor the working state of shearer in real time, a set of monitoring and early warning system of shearer based on MPC5605BK is designed. According to the main parameters of the operation state of the reaction shearer, the detection circuits of voltage signal, current signal, temperature signal, motor speed and running attitude are designed respectively, and the software of the monitoring system is designed to realize the detection and fault alarm function of the running state of the shearer.
