    Directional Measurement System for Auger Pipe with an Outer Diameter of 63.5 mm

    • 摘要: 研制了外径63.5 mm的螺旋钻杆随钻定向测量系统。该系统的测量探管通过中心通缆式钻杆与孔口的防爆计算机相连,由井下交流127 V为测量探管及孔口防爆计算机供电,测量数据由数字载波信号通过通缆钻杆实时传送给孔口的防爆计算机,实现数据实时显示、存储和图形绘制。性能测试表明系统可满足煤矿井下较小孔径探放水孔或瓦斯抽放孔施工中的定向钻进要求。

       

      Abstract: A directional measurement system for auger pipe with an outer diameter of 63.5 mm is developed. The measuring tube of the system is connect with the explosion-proof computer through the drill pipe with central cable, and the underground AC 127 V is used to the power supply for measuring tube and explosion-proof computer, and the measured data are transmitted by digital carrier signal through the cable drill pipe to the explosion-proof computer at the orifice in real time, which can display, store and draw the data in real time. Performance tests shows that the system can meet the requirements of directional drilling in the construction of small drainage hole or small gas drainage hole in the coal mine.
