    Design and Experimental Research of Metal Mesh Pneumatic Tying Device with High Tension

    • 摘要: 为实现高预应力锚杆支护系统所要求的高预应力和预应力扩散,自主研发了高张紧力气动联网装置,其主要由主气缸总成、扭丝气缸总成、装钉机构、推丝机构和扭丝机构组成。分析确定了联网U形网钉长度35 mm、送丝推力2 kN、旋转扭矩6 N·m的最优设计参数。试验研究表明:高张紧力气动联网装置可提供0.13 kN左右的张紧力,联网强度比人工联网强度提高了61.5%,可达到整片网强度的91.3%。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve the high pre-tensioned stress and pre-tensioned stress diffusion required by the high pre-tensioned stress bolting system, the high tensioning metal mesh pneumatic tying device was independently researched and developed and the device was mainly composed with the main cylinder assembly, the twisted wire cylinder assembly, the staple mechanism, the push wire mechanism and the twisted wire mechanism. The optimal design parameters of the network U-pin length of 35 mm, wire feed thrust of 2 kN and rotation torque of 6 N·m are analyzed and determined. Experimental results show that high tension pneumatic networking device can provide tension force of about 0.13 kN. The strength of the network is 61.5 % higher than that of artificial network, and it can reach 91.3 % of the strength of the entire network.
