    • 摘要: 针对小纪汗煤矿连采工作面快速掘进过程中的粉尘严重超标现象,通过对现场实际情况进行分析,确定了控除尘系统技术方案。通过设计独特的控尘装置,改变了流场分布,有效地控制了风流流动并减少了扬尘,然后对抽尘风筒选型。国内首次对抽尘系统的阻力和风量进行计算,并根据计算结果进行除尘器选型。通过在11219辅运巷应用,最终连采机司机处粉尘的平均降尘效率达到69.11%。

       

      Abstract: In view of the phenomenon of excessive dust in the rapid tunneling of Xiaojihan Coal Mine, the technical solution of the dust control system is determined by analyzing the actual situation on site. By designing a unique dust control device, the flow field distribution is changed, the wind flow is effectively controlled and the dust is reduced, at last the negative pressure air duct is selected. The resistance and air volume of the dust control system are calculated for the first time in China, and the dust collector is selected according to the calculation results. The average collection efficiency of the dust at the driver of the continuous working face reached 69.11% by the applying in 11219 continuous mining face.
