    • 摘要: 桃子垭隧道是目前我国已知地质条件最复杂的公路隧道,工区前方即将穿越第1层煤,且穿煤隧道最大有900 m的埋深,开挖前进行高地应力、高瓦斯压力、围岩等情况勘察,并制定上下台阶爆破设计方案,通过现场试验和计算分析确定二号乳化炸药进行爆破,确定光面爆破参数的排距、角度、深度、装药量等,施工监测得最大爆破振速、拱顶沉降值、水平收敛值均在规范允许变化范围内,为类似工程提供技术施工参考。

       

      Abstract: Taoziya Tunnel is the most complicated highway tunnel with known geological conditions in our country at present. The first coal seam will be crossed in front of the work area, and the maximum depth of the tunnel will be 900 meters, so the design scheme of upper and lower bench blasting is worked out after high in-situ stress, gas pressure and surrounding rock conditions of the tunnel are investigated. The blasting of No. 2 emulsified explosive is determined by field test and calculation analysis, and the row distance, angle, depth and charge quantity of smooth blasting parameters are determined. The maximum blasting vibration velocity, vault settlement value and horizontal convergence value by construction monitoring are all within the allowable range of the code, which can provide technical reference for similar projects.
