    • 摘要: 为了准确测量隔爆外壳压力试验的参考压力,利用国家安全生产抚顺矿用设备检测检验中心爆炸测试系统,对爆炸压力的影响因素进行了试验研究。结果表明:乙烯爆炸压力值大于甲烷爆炸压力值;甲烷浓度9.80%时爆炸压力值最大;通过预压可改变甲烷爆炸压力最大值;密闭环境下,传播距离不影响甲烷爆炸压力最大值;传播截面的突变可造成爆炸压力值瞬间增大。

       

      Abstract: In order to accurately measure the reference pressure in the flameproof shell, the influence factors of explosion pressure are tested by the explosion test system of National Work Safety Test and Center for Mining Equipment in Fushun. The results show that the explosion pressure of ethylene is higher than that of methane, and when the concentration of methane is 9.80%, the explosion pressure is the largest, and the maximum explosion pressure can be changed by preloading, and the propagation distance does not affect the max explosion pressure of methane in closed-loop environment, and the sudden change of propagation cross-section can cause the explosion pressure to increase instantaneously.
