    • 摘要: 为提高环缝式引射瓦斯稀释器性能,基于WX-80型环缝式引射瓦斯稀释器,采用Fluent仿真软件对其内流场进行数值模拟,优化了引射器结构尺寸,并揭示了主流压力、喉部缝隙及滞止压力比对其性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:主流质量流量随主流压力增加持续增长,而次流质量流量和引射系数均随主流压力变化先增加后减少,并在主流压力为0.45 MPa时达到最大值。喉部缝隙宽度为0.1~0.4 mm时,主流质量流量与喉部缝隙宽度呈正相关,而次流质量流量呈现先升高后降低的趋势,且喉部缝隙宽度为0.2 mm时,引射系数变化速率最快;一定范围内,引射系数随滞止压力比的增大而减小。

       

      Abstract: To improve the performance of the annular slot ejector for gas dilution, the flow field of the WX-80 annular slotted gas dilution was numerically simulated using Fluent numerical simulation software for optimizing the ejector structure size and revealing the influence of mainstream pressure, throat gap and stagnation pressure ratio on its performance. The results shows that the mainstream mass flow continues to increase with the increase of the mainstream pressure, while the secondary flow mass flow and the ejector coefficient both increase and then decrease with the change of the mainstream pressure, and when the mainstream pressure is under 0.45 MPa, the secondary flow mass flow reaches the maximum value, that when the width of throat gap is between 0.1 mm and 0.4 mm, the mainstream mass flow is positively correlated with the throat gap, while the secondary flow mass flow shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. When the throat width is 0.2 mm, the rate of change of the ejector coefficient is the fastest. Within a certain range, the ejector coefficient decreases as the ratio of stagnation pressure increases.
