    Experimental Study on Determination of Coal Spontaneous Combustion Characteristics Based on Infrared Spectroscopy Technology

    • 摘要: 煤炭自燃特性研究是对其进行防治的基础,利用红外光谱技术对煤炭自燃特性进行了实验研究。首先挑选3个标准煤样进行红外光谱实验研究,然后对3个煤样的红外光谱曲线进行分区域对比分析,得到3个煤样光谱曲线的定性及定量变化规律。最后依据红外光谱曲线的变化规律,对预测煤样的自燃特性进行判定分析,判定结果与其它实验所得结果基本吻合。研究结果表明:在第1个区域内,煤样越容易自燃,其红外光谱曲线越分散;第2个区域内,自燃煤样的600 ℃光谱曲线比较分散;第3个区域内,煤样越容易自燃,红外光谱曲线波动越剧烈;第4个区域内,不易自燃煤样的600 ℃红外光谱曲线出现3个吸收峰。利用红外光谱实验法对煤炭自燃特性进行判定的方法可行,判定结果可靠。

       

      Abstract: Because the study of coal spontaneous combustion characteristics is the basis for its prevention, the experimental study on the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion are carried out through the infrared spectroscopy technology in this paper. First, three standard coal samples were selected for infrared spectrum experimental study. Then the infrared spectral curves of the three coal samples were compared and analyzed in different regions. The qualitative and quantitative change regulations were obtained about the spectral curves of three coal samples. Finally, according to the change regulations, the spontaneous combustion characteristics of the predicted coal sample were determined and analyzed. The results are in good agreement with those obtained from other experiments. The results show that in the first region, the easier the coal sample spontaneous combustion, the more dispersed the infrared spectrum curve of coal sample is. In the second region, the 600 ℃ spectral curve of the coal sample was dispersed. In the third region, the easier the coal sample spontaneous combustion is, the more intense the fluctuation of infrared spectrum curve is. In the fourth region, there are three absorption peaks in the infrared spectrum curve of 600 ℃. The method of determining coal spontaneous combustion characteristics by infrared spectrum experiment is feasible and the result is reliable.
