    • 摘要: 以四通煤业公司五采区变电所为工程背景,确定了较大的原岩应力、多次动压影响及不合理的巷道支护方式是导致巷道维护困难的原因。借助数值模拟软件,分析了巷道变形机理及变形特征,确定了提高巷道围岩稳定性和加强支护是解决基本顶离层和围岩破碎问题的关键。通过注浆,提高巷道围岩的自承载能力,使用强力锚杆、锚索变被动支护为主动支护,对设计的“注浆+高强度锚网索+工字钢支架+单体液压支柱联合支护”方案进行了工业性试验,试验结果表明,巷道围岩控制效果明显。

       

      Abstract: Taking 5# mining area of Sitong Coal Industry Company as the engineering background, it is determined that the large stress of primary rock, multiple dynamic pressure effects and unreasonable roadway support are the main reasons for the difficulty in roadway maintenance. With the help of numerical simulation software, the deformation mechanism and deformation characteristics of the roadway are analyzed. It is determined that improving the stability of the surrounding rock and strengthening the support is the key to solve the problem of the old roof separation and surrounding rock fracture. Through grouting, the self-supporting capacity of the surrounding rock of the roadway is improved, and the strong support bolt and the anchor cable are used to change the passive support as the active support. The industrial test of the design of “grouting + high strength anchor net + I-steel bracket + single hydraulic prop joint support” was carried out. The test results show that the surrounding rock control effect of the roadway is obvious.
