    • 摘要: 为解决煤矿坍塌巷道的救援难题,提出了采用顶管施工工艺的煤矿井下救援巷道掘进技术及装备,研究大开口率刀盘破碎技术,使得大部分中、小粒径岩石能够无需破碎直接被刀盘排出,提高救援速度;采用环向电机驱动方式,保证输出足够的驱动功率的前提下,尽量增大排渣腔内空间,便于人员进入机头应急操作;结合坍塌巷道的实际工况,对其排渣系统、主顶装备进行了攻关性研究。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the rescue problem in collapse roadway of coal mine, this paper proposes the excavation equipment of coal mine rescue roadway using pipe jacking construction technology, studies the large opening rate cutter head crushing technology which makes most medium and small size rocks directly discharged by cutter head without crushing and improves the rescue speed. Adopt ring motor drive mode and on the premise of guaranteeing enough driving power output, the space in the slag discharge chamber should be enlarged as much as possible so as to facilitate personnel and emergency operation of the machine head; combined with the actual working conditions of the collapsed roadway, the key research on the slag discharge system and main roof equipment was carried out.
