    Application of CAN Communication Technology in Coal Mine Monitoring System

    • 摘要: 研究了CAN通讯技术在煤矿监控系统中的设计方案。通过对现有系统通讯方式的对比及存在的问题进行综合分析,阐述了新型CAN通讯的数字化设计方案;CAN通讯采用“多主”数据竞争交互模式,巡检周期更短;电路EMC设计采用隔离电源模块结合瞬态抑制二极管、亚敏电阻、气体放电管搭配使用,效果良好。

       

      Abstract: This paper focuses on the design of CAN communication technology in the coal mine monitoring system. Through the comparison of the existing system communication modes and the existing problems, the paper analyzes the digital design of the new CAN communication. The new CAN communication adopts the “multi-master” data competitive interactive mode with shorter inspection cycle; the circuit EMC design adopts isolated power module combined with the transient suppression diode, sub-sensitive resistor and gas discharge tube, and the effect is good.
