    • 摘要: 为了研究煤壁片帮的机理,将影响片帮的因素分为内在影响因素和外在影响因素,通过建立顶板-煤体系统的Bingham黏弹塑性本构模型,利用能量的非稳定平衡准则得到煤壁片帮发生的条件,从能量角度分析了煤壁片帮与煤体黏性系数、弹性模量、顶板刚度、开采煤层厚度之间的关系。结果表明:煤体黏性系数越大,煤壁越不容易片帮;煤体弹性模量越大,煤壁越容易片帮;顶板刚度越大,煤壁越容易片帮;煤层开采厚度越大,煤壁越容易片帮。最后通过对赵固二矿11050工作面采取“注浆+棕绳”柔性加固技术来防治煤壁片帮,验证了结论的正确性。

       

      Abstract: To study the mechanism of coal rib spalling, the factors affecting the rib spalling are divided into internal factors and external factors, based on Bingham viscoelastic-plastic constitutive model of roof - coal body system, the non-stable equilibrium criterion of energy is used to obtain the conditions for the occurrence of coal rib spalling, and the relationship between coal rib spalling and coal body viscosity coefficient, elastic modulus, roof stiffness and seam thickness is analyzed from the perspective of energy. The results show that the greater the coal viscosity coefficient, the more difficult the coal wall is to spall; the greater the elastic modulus of coal, the easier the coal wall is to spall; the greater the stiffness of the roof, the easier the coal wall is; the thicker the coal seam is, the easier the coal wall is. Finally, the conclusion is verified by adopting the technology of “grouting + palm rope” to prevent and control the 11050 working face of Zhaogu No.2 mine.
