    Theoretical Research on Catching Dusts with Atomizing Air in the Coal Seam Drilling

    • 摘要: 为了更好地解决顺煤层空气钻进细微煤粉污染问题,研究了空气雾化钻进孔内细微水雾捕尘机理,分析了雾粒大小和风速对捕集煤粉效果的影响。采用CFD有限元软件中DPM模型对7种工况流场进行了模拟,分别对不同工况下小于50 μm的雾粒占比和捕尘效率进行了分析。研究结果表明:风速在23 m/s下,水的质量流量为0.25 kg/s左右时,捕尘效果最好。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the dust pollution problem from coal seam by air drilling,it studied the mechanism of catching dusts with atomized air-fine water in drilling,analyzed the effects of spray droplet and wind speed on catching coal dusts.It simulated seven kinds of flow field conditions by using the DPM model of CFD finite element software,analyzed the ration of less than 50 μm spray droplet and efficiency of removal dusts in different conditions.The results showed that: when the speed of wind at 23 m/s,the water mass flow at about 0.25 kg/s,it had the best effect for dust removal.
