    Research on Safety Risk Assessment of Coal Mine Excavating Operation Based on LEC Method

    • 摘要: 煤矿机械化掘进作业岗位中存在的潜在危险易造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。为评价煤矿掘进作业岗位中的安全风险情况,减少作业人员的不安全行为,基于煤矿机械化掘进作业环境、流程和岗位特点,结合新版煤矿岗位标准作业流程对掘进、支护、检修这三大作业岗位中人员不安全因素进行识别,运用LEC(作业条件危险性分析法)对其进行定性-定量-定性的评价,得出了不安全因素的风险等级,绘制出了安全风险图并提出针对性的策略。通过研究可为煤矿掘进作业安全管理提供参考,进而减少煤矿掘进作业岗位中人的不安全行为,提高综掘效率。

       

      Abstract: The potential risks in the mechanized mining operations of coal mines are likely to cause major casualties and property losses. Based on the analysis of the environment, process and post characteristics of coal mine mechanization, combined with the new standard operation procedures of coal mines, this paper identifies the unsafe factors of the three major job positions: excavation, support and overhaul, and applies LEC method to carry on?the qualitative - quantitative - qualitative evaluation, and the risk level of various unsafe factors is obtained. The safety risk map is drawn and a targeted strategy is proposed. It can effectively reduce the unsafe behavior of people in coal mine excavation work positions, improve the efficiency of comprehensive excavation, and provide reference for the safety management of coal mine excavation operations.
