    Effect of Mediating Role on Safety Behavior of Miners Based on Mental Health of Safety Stress

    • 摘要: 矿工的不安全行为是引发煤矿安全事故的主要原因,而工作压力是影响安全行为的重要因素。探讨了安全压力和心理健康对矿工安全行为的影响,以及心理健康的中介作用。选取山西省王庄煤矿的230名一线矿工作为研究对象,进行问卷调查,采用SPSS21.0和AMOS21.0检验研究假设。结果表明:安全角色冲突、安全角色模糊和人际安全冲突与安全遵守显著负相关;安全角色冲突和人际安全冲突与安全参与显著负相关;心理健康在安全压力影响安全行为的过程中发挥部分中介作用。煤矿管理者应当营造安全的心理氛围,缓解矿工的安全压力,并改善其心理健康,提升安全行为水平。

       

      Abstract: The miners’ unsafe behavior is the main cause of coal mine accidents, and work stress is an important factor affecting safe behavior. We explore the impact of safety stress and mental health on the safety behavior of miners, and the mediating role of mental health. 230 front-line mines in Wangzhuang Coal Mine of Shanxi Province were selected as the research object, and questionnaire survey was conducted. The hypothesis was tested by SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0. The result shows that: safety role conflict, safety role ambiguity and interpersonal safety conflict were significantly negatively correlated with safety compliance; safety role conflict and interpersonal safety conflict were significantly negatively correlated with safety participation; mental health plays a partial intermediary role in the process of safety stress affecting safety behavior. Coal mine managers should create a safe psychological climate, alleviate the safety stress of miners, and improve their mental health and safety behavior.
