    Influence of Coal Quality Index on Maximum Pressure Rise Rate in Coal Dust Explosion

    • 摘要: 为研究煤质指标对煤尘爆炸的影响,通过 20 L球形爆炸容器对具有不同工业成分的煤尘爆炸最大压力上升速率进行测定。运用SPSS软件对测得的煤质指标数据进行科学合理的分析,计算不同煤质指标间的相关系数。结果表明,影响煤尘爆炸最大压力上升速率的指标数据之间具有较大的相关性,空气干燥基下的灰分与固定碳之间的相关系数高达-0.963,属于高度相关。通过主成分分析法提取出“抑制因子”和“激励因子”2大主成分,运用多元线性回归方法建立煤质指标与爆炸最大压力上升速率的计算模型,模型拟合度R值为90.6%。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence of coal dust index on coal dust explosion, the maximum pressure rising rate of coal dust explosion with different industrial components was measured by 20 L spherical explosion vessel. The data of coal quality indexes are analyzed scientifically and reasonably by SPSS software, and the correlation coefficients among different coal quality indexes are calculated. The results show that there is a great correlation between the index data that affect the maximum pressure rise rate of coal dust explosion. The correlation coefficient between ash and fixed carbon under air drying is as high as -0.963, which belongs to a high correlation. Two principal components of “inhibition factor” and “excitation factor” were extracted by principal component analysis, and the calculation model of coal quality index and maximum pressure rise rate of explosion was established by using multiple linear regression method. The R value of model fitting degree is 90.6%.
