    深部高应力巷道充填式释压刚柔耦合支护技术适用性研究

    Study on Applicability of Filling Type Pressure Relief Rigid-flexible Coupling Support Technology in Deep High Stress Roadway

    • 摘要: 针对深部高应力巷道在卸压孔支护技术中对围岩扰动严重并且卸压变形量不易控制问题,以北京长沟裕矿为背景,综合运用理论分析与数值模拟的方法,在分析巷道矿压显现特点以及巷道大变形机理的基础上,提出了高应力巷道充填式释压刚柔耦合支护方法。对原始支护方案与充填式释压刚柔耦合支护方案进行对比分析。结果表明:充填式释压耦合支护方案较原始支护方案在围岩塑性区以及变形量方面都有较为明显改善,巷道围岩卸压变形量基本可控。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem that the surrounding rock is disturbed severely and the pressure relief deformation is difficult to control in the support technology of pressure relief hole of deep high-stress roadway, this paper takes Beijing Changgouyu Mine as the background and analyzes the characteristics of roadway pressure and the mechanism of roadway large deformation, and proposes a method of rigid and flexible coupling support for high stress roadway by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods. The conventional support scheme and the filling type pressure-relief rigid-flexible coupling support scheme are compared and analyzed. The results show that the filling type pressure-relief coupling support scheme is better than the conventional support scheme in the surrounding rock plastic zone. The deformation amount has obvious improvement, and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is basically controllable.
