    Main Fan Monitoring System Based on Non-stop Wind Switching Technology for Xudong Mine

    • 摘要: 设计并建设了旭东煤矿矿井主要通风机监控系统。介绍了基于PLC控制器、变频器控制技术的监控系统工作原理;从主要设备构成、原理、以及架构方式等方面详细分析了监控系统设计及建设中需要注意的问题,以及基本原则;对现场实际需求中出现的不停风倒机问题进行了深入分析,详细介绍了变频器控制电机启停曲线配合蝶型风门的解决方案并加以实施。

       

      Abstract: A monitoring system for mine main fan is designed and built in Xudong Coal mine. This paper introduces the working principle of the monitoring system based on PLC controller and inverter control technology. This paper analyzes the problems in the design and construction of the monitoring system from the aspects of the main equipment composition, principle and structure, as well as the basic principles. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problem of non-stop wind switching in the actual demands, and introduces in detail the solution of the starting and stopping curve of the inverter in conjunction with the control of the butterfly valve, and implements it.
