    • 摘要: 介绍了ZDY3500JD型全液压胶轮式钻机的主要技术参数和特征优势,及钻机在布尔台煤矿的工业性试验情况。经过近3个月的工业性试验,完成远距离转场4次和探水探煤类钻孔13个,通过现场试验,验证了钻机整体结构的设计合理性、搬迁便捷性、操作可靠性以及现场工况适应性等,达到预期的研发目标和设计要求,适合无轨运输矿井下快速转场和施工的要求。

       

      Abstract: The paper introduces the main technical parameters and characteristic advantages of ZDY3500JD full hydraulic rubber wheel drill, emphatically introduces the industrial test in Buertai Coal Mine. After nearly 3 months of industrial tests, we completed 4 times of long-distance field transfer and 13 boreholes for water and coal exploration. Through the field test, the design rationality, relocation convenience, operation reliability and adaptability of the overall structure of the drilling rig were verified, which reached the expected research and development goals and design requirements, and was suitable for the requirements of the trackless transportation of mine underground rapid transfer and construction.
