    Current Situation and Prospect of China Open-pit Mines Truck Dispatching

    • 摘要: 总结了中国露天矿卡车调度在模型构建、算法求解、调度准则方面的理论研究以及卡车调度系统发展的现状;提出了卡车调度关键问题研究内容,包括多种调度方法有机结合的智能调度;根据运输系统条件的变化以及生产任务要求的综合调度优化准则,建立集成学习与深度学习相结合的时间动态预测模型;基于半连续工艺的卡车调度研究,进行卡车调度配煤管理。在智慧露天矿山发展背景下结合现代高新技术与分析方法展望未来卡车调度发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: This paper summarizes the theoretical researches of truck dispatching in open-pit mines in China in terms of model building, algorithm solving, dispatching criteria and the development status of truck dispatching system. The key research contents of truck dispatching are proposed, including intelligent dispatching with multiple dispatching methods; according to the change of transportation system conditions and the comprehensive scheduling optimization criteria of production task requirements, a time dynamic prediction model combining integrated learning and deep learning was established. Truck dispatching and coal distribution management is carried out based on semi-continuous process truck scheduling research. Under the background of the development of intelligent opencast mine, the development trend of truck dispatching in the future is forecasted with the combination of modern high technology and analysis method.
