    新型复合材料网衬砌试验应用研究

    Applications Study of Lining Test of New Composite Material Network

    • 摘要: 针对当前巷道支护不能满足复杂多变的井下地应力变化、稳定性差、混凝土易开裂的现状,研制出了一种矿用支护新型复合材料网,它是将钢丝与复合材料采用一定的工艺加工而成。通过与普通钢筋网的对比试验发现,该复合材料网承载力大,整体性好,经济安全性能高,具有比普通支护网更有实际应用价值的优势。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the current situations that roadway supporting can not meet the change of the complicated underground stress,poor stability and easy cracking of concrete.A new composite material network for mine supporting was studied,which connected steel and composite material together through some process.It is found through compare with ordinary steel mesh that the composite material network with large capacity,good integrity and high economic safety performance has more practical value compared with general support network.
