    Study on Comprehensive Prevention and Control Technology of Fire and Gas Coupling Hazard During Tunneling Period of Baijiao Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对白皎矿2274工作面掘进过程中出现的上邻近煤层采空区火与瓦斯耦合灾害威胁,利用采空区瓦斯易燃易爆浓度范围与自燃带宽度相叠加的火与瓦斯耦合区域判别方法,基于现场监测到的数据,获得自燃带和CH4易爆区间叠加区域为采空区内靠近回风侧方向距离工作面76~100 m。通过加强掘进巷道支护、全断面喷浆及上邻近层采空区注浆与瓦斯泄放钻孔一体化的综合防治措施,保障了矿井的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: In view of the danger of fire and gas coupling disaster in the upper adjacent goaf of the coal seam caused by the tunneling process of 2274 working face in Baijiao Coal Mine, by means of identifying fire and gas coupling areas in goaf where the flammable explosive concentration range and the width of spontaneous combustion zone overlap, based on the data from the site monitoring, the superimposed area of the spontaneous combustion zone and the CH4 explosive zone is obtained from the working face of the goaf in the direction of the return air side 76 m to 100 m. The safety of mine production is ensured by the integrated prevention and control measures such as strengthening the support of tunneling roadway, grouting in full section, grouting in upper adjacent goaf and gas drainage drilling.
