    • 摘要: 基于沁水盆地南部煤层气不正常井数据,通过大数据分析研究了不正常井定量识别指标体系、表现形式及治理方法和预防技术。结果表明:流压回升型不正常井表现为套压和日产气量同时快速或缓慢下降,可以采用提高排水设备运行频率、碰泵、洗泵和检泵作业等方法提高排水效率;套压回升型不正常井表现为流压、套压同时、同幅度增加,日产气量持续下降,可以通过加强管线保温或采用低恒套压排采控制方式来治理;间抽不正常井表现为,开井后套压、气量上升,停井一段时间后,套压、气量下降,可提高排采冲次,增加抽油机冲次、延长开井时间或者提高泵效等方法治理。

       

      Abstract: Based on the abnormal well data from southern Qinshui Basin, the quantitative identification index system, the type, the treatment method and the prevention technology are studied through big data analysis. The results show that the casing pressure and daily gas production decrease rapidly or slowly at the same time, and the drainage efficiency can be improved by raising the running frequency of drainage equipment, touching pump, washing pump and checking pump; the abnormal well with casing pressure rising is characterized by the increase of flow pressure and casing pressure at the same time and in the same range, and the continuous decline of daily gas production, which can be cured by strengthening pipeline insulation or adopting the control method of low constant casing pressure, drainage and production; in the case of abnormal inter-pumping wells, the casing pressure and gas volume increase after the well is opened, and decrease after the well is stopped for a period of time, which can improve the discharge and production flushing times, increase the pumping unit flushing times, extend the well opening time or improve the pump efficiency.
