    Selection and Optimization of Drilling Equipment for CBM Horizontal Well

    • 摘要: 为满足煤层气水平井施工要求,降低钻井成本,调研总结常规水源钻机、石油钻机及车载钻机,结合煤层气水平井地质条件、作业环境、施工工艺等特点,优选适用于煤层气水平井用全液压车载钻机。对常规泥浆泵组进行特性分析,在柴油机输出端并联150 kW节能发电机,优化泥浆泵组。以常规石油固控系统为基础,设计适用于煤层气水平井用四级固控系统。形成一套适用于煤层气水平井用钻井装备。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the construction requirements of CBM horizontal well and reduce the drilling cost, it is necessary to investigate and summarize the conventional water-source drilling rig, oil drilling rig and truck-mounted drilling rig. Combined with the characteristics of geological conditions, operating environment and construction technology of CBM horizontal well, the fully hydraulic truck-mounted drilling rig is selected, which was suitable for CBM horizontal well. The characteristics of conventional mud pump group are analyzed, the 150 kW energy-saving generator is connected in parallel at the output of diesel engine, and the mud pump group is optimized. Based on the conventional oil solid control system, a four-stage solid control system for CBM horizontal well is designed. Thus, a set of drilling equipment for CBM horizontal well is formed.
