    Design of Main Fan Monitoring System Based on Inverter Control

    • 摘要: 设计了基于变频器的煤矿主要通风机控制系统。介绍了变频器与主控制器进行数据交换的工作原理,工作方式。文章从主控制器监测变频器的方式、控制变频器的方式、变频器的功能设置、变频器的外部接线等方面详细分析了数据交换中需要注意的问题,以及基本原则。对需求中出现的变频器无级调速问题进行了深入分析,提供了解决方案并实施。

       

      Abstract: A main fan monitoring system based on inverter control is designed. This paper introduces the working principle and working mode of data exchange between the inverter and the main controller. This paper analyzes in detail the problems and basic principles in the data exchange from the aspects of the monitoring mode of the master controller, the control mode of the inverter, the function setting of the inverter, and the external wiring of the inverter. The problem of stepless speed regulation of inverter in the demand is analyzed deeply, and the solution is provided and implemented.
