    肋骨钻杆风力排渣与阻塞机理研究

    • 摘要: 在突出松软煤层钻孔过程中,目前普遍采用肋骨钻杆配合钻杆中部通风的方式进行排渣,由于现有排渣技术的限制,煤渣阻塞现象时常发生并严重影响钻孔深度和成孔率。以肋骨钻杆水平钻进为例,分析排渣过程中煤渣的受力情况与运动规律,认为当煤渣的产生速率大于肋骨钻杆的排渣速率时,肋骨钻杆的排渣通道便会发生阻塞。通过建立的煤渣的产生速率与排渣速率公式,计算出?准73 mm肋骨钻杆排渣通道阻塞的临界煤渣产生速率。实验室验证结果表明:通过控制肋骨钻杆钻进速度来避免排渣通道发生阻塞的方法是可行的。

       

      Abstract: In the drilling process of soft and outburst coal seam, the rib drill pipes and central ventilation are generally used to discharge slag. Due to the limitations of existing slag removal technology, the coal slag blockage often occurs and seriously affects the depth and porosity of drilling. Taking the horizontal drilling of rib drill pipe as an example, the force condition and movement law of coal slag in the process of slag discharge are analyzed. When the rate of slag production is greater than the rate of slag discharge, the discharge channel of rib drill pipe will be blocked. The critical slag generation rate of slag discharge channel blocking for ?准73 mm rib drill pipe is calculated by the established formula of slag generation rate and slag discharge rate. The results of laboratory verification show that it is feasible to control the drilling speed of rib drill pipe to avoid the blocking of slag discharge channel.
