    Automatic Drainage Control System of Coal Mine Based on Positive Pressure Water Supply

    • 摘要: 针对邯郸某矿井下排水系统水泵汽蚀严重、响应速度慢、耗电量大以及自动化性能差等问题,提出采用正压给水排水方式,由潜水泵为主排水泵吸水口提供正压给水以及采用PLC自动控制等方法对现有系统进行优化改进。并结合“避峰填谷”的用电策略与水泵变频调速技术的优势,建立了一套安全、可靠的煤矿自动控制排水系统。该系统运行后,电费减少,水泵启动响应速度提高;可以根据水位高度,实现水泵机组及附属设备自动启停。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of serious steam cavitation, slow response, high power consumption and poor automation performance for the pumping system in the underground drainage system of a coal mine in Handan, a positive pressure water supply and drainage method is proposed. The submersible pump provides positive pressure water supply for the suction port of the main drainage pump, and the PLC automatic control methods are adopted to optimize and improve the existing system. Combined with the power consumption strategy of “avoiding peaks and filling valleys” and the advantages of frequency control technology for water pump, a safe and reliable automatic control drainage system for the coal mine has been established. After the operation of the system, the electricity cost is reduced, and the start response speed of water pump is increased; the pump units and the auxiliary equipment can be automatically started and stopped according to the height of water level.
