    Prevention and Control Technology of Spontaneous Combustion in 8102 Fully-Mechanized Mining Face of Xinwei Mine

    • 摘要: 针对川南矿区近距离煤层群开采过程中面临的自然发火防治难题,以新维矿8#煤层首采工作面为例,通过8102工作面回采期间面临的自然发火危险因素分析,得出高位遗煤与采空区遗煤是自然发火的高危区域。提出以自然发火预测预报为先导,以堵漏控风、开区注氮和高位注浆为核心的综合防灭火技术措施,根本上降低了煤层自然发火概率。回采过程中工作面及采空区各地点CO浓度始终保持在20×10-6以下,保障了工作面的安全回采。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of spontaneous combustion prevention in the process of mining close distance coal seams in southern Sichuan Mining Area, this paper takes the first mining face of No. 8 coal seam in Xinwei Mine as an example, and analyzes spontaneous combustion risk factors during the recovery of 8102 working face. It is concluded that high residual coal and goaf residual coal are high risk areas of spontaneous combustion. The comprehensive fire prevention technical measures with spontaneous combustion prediction and forecasting as the lead, the plugging and controlling wind, the open area nitrogen injection and the high position grouting as the core are proposed, which fundamentally reduces the natural fire probability of the coal seam. During the recovery process, the CO concentration in the working face and the goaf is always kept below 20 ppm, which ensures the safe recovery of the working face.
