    Research Status on Prevention and Control Technology of Coal Spontaneous Fire in China

    • 摘要: 为了矿井内因火灾防治工作更好更快的发展,结合矿井内因火灾形成机理,详细全面地介绍了开采技术措施、堵漏、均压、注浆、惰性气体、阻化剂、凝胶及三相泡沫防灭火技术进行矿井内因火灾防治的原理、技术材料及其工艺设备系统的研究现状,并从加强基础理论研究、加快新型材料及工艺设备研发2个方面进行了矿井内因火灾防治技术发展方向的展望,以保障煤矿安全生产及推动煤炭工业的健康可持续发展。

       

      Abstract: In order to develop the spontaneous fire prevention and control work better and faster, combined with the spontaneous fire formation mechanism, this paper introduces the control principle, research status on technical materials and process equipment system of spontaneous fire prevention and extinguishing technology, such as mining technical measures, plugging, pressure balance, grouting, inert gas, inhibitor, gel and three-phase foam. Meanwhile, to protect the coal mine safety production and push the coal industrial sustainable development, the development direction of internal-caused fire fire prevention and control technology in mine is prospected from the aspects of strengthening basic theoretical research and accelerating the research and development of new materials and process equipment.
