    Design of Portable Methane Instrument Based on Pulse Power Supply

    • 摘要: 设计了一款低功耗全量程便携式甲烷检测仪,该便携仪选用低功耗MEMS催化元件作为主要敏感元件,采用脉冲供电的方式进一步降低整机功耗。详细叙述了便携仪的总体设计方案、主要硬件电路以及核心数据处理算法。试验结果表明:设计的便携仪测量精度高,平均功耗低,连续工作时间长,完全满足煤矿井下工作人员对所处环境甲烷浓度监测的需求。

       

      Abstract: A novel low power consumption portable methane instrument is designed, which uses the MEMS catalytic methane detector as the main sensitive component, and uses pulse supply to reduce power consumption. In this paper, the overall design scheme, primary circuit and the most important algorithm is described. The test results show that the designed portable instrument has high precision, low power consumption, long working time, and can fully meet the requirements of underground workers in coal mine for monitoring the ambient methane concentration.
