    Several Methods of Reducing Discharge Energy for Intrinsic Safety Power Supply

    • 摘要: 为了降低本安电源火花能量,提出了几项降低火花能量的措施。当发生过流保护时,可以将DC-DC或AC-DC模块尽快关掉,并且在主回路过流保护的设计中应避免开关管工作在深度饱和状态,以及将主回路开关管的控制电路设计成以导通代替关断,另外,还可以对电路板合理布线来改善火花能量。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the discharge spark energy of the intrinsic safety power supply, several measures are proposed in this paper. When the over-current protection occurs, DC-DC or AC-DC module should be turned off as quickly as possible, and the switching transistors of main over-current protection should avoid working in deep saturation state. It is proved to be more effective in practice that the control circuit of switching transistor performs in the state of switch on in place of switch off. In addition, it will be helpful to decrease the discharge spark energy by routing properly for the circuit board.
