    Multi-purpose and Narrow-body Trackless Rubber Wheel Platform in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 研究了一种适合矿井下使用的多用途无轨胶轮平台及其液压系统。设计了专用整体车架,其他部件均通过螺栓与车架连接,易于后期维护;针对矿井下工况需求和特点分析,研究开发了适用的全液压系统;通过对工况和液压驱动系统分析,提出适合胶轮车的全液压制动方案。完成组装调试后,在地面进行了模拟测试,结果表明:该设备机动性强,最大宽度1.5 m,最大行走速度20 km/h,转向灵活,制动安全,可在货台上安装钻探或掘锚类设备完成相应施工工作,也可安装货箱进行物料的搬运。

       

      Abstract: The multi-purpose trackless rubber platform and its hydraulic system have been researched and developed for coal mines. The special integrated frame was designed. Other components were connected with the frame by bolts, which is easy to be maintained. Based on the needs of working conditions in coal mine, through the comparative analysis of the demands and characteristics of conditions in the mine, the applicable full hydraulic systems were researched and developed. Through the analysis of working conditions and driving system, a full hydraulic braking scheme suitable for rubber vehicle was proposed. After assembling and debugging, the simulation test was carried out on the ground. The results show that the equipment has strong maneuverability, which has advantages of maximum width of 1.5 m, maximum speed of 20 km/h, steering flexibility and braking safety. The drilling and anchoring equipments can be installed on the cargo platform for corresponding construction work, or the cargo box can be installed for material handling.
