    The Middle and Deep Hole Blasting Technology for Fast Tunneling in the Rock Roadway of Chengjiao Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 煤矿中深孔爆破掘进技术具有辅助作业时间短、劳动生产效率高等优点,是岩巷快速掘进的有效技术途径。采用LS-DYNA3D软件模拟分析了中深孔爆破岩石响应过程,揭示了岩石破碎抛掷作用机理,提出了合理爆破设计参数。现场采用中深孔爆破技术掘进岩巷,月进尺由原来的100.0 m提高到现在的145.7 m,实现了岩巷安全快速掘进。

       

      Abstract: The middle and deep hole blasting technology for tunneling has many advantages,such as short auxiliary operation time and high production efficiency,thus it becomes one of the most effective technologies for fast tunneling in the rock roadway.This paper uses the software of LS-DYNA3D to analyze the rock response procedure during middle and deep hole blasting,the simulation results uncover the rock broken and throw mechanism,and also present the reasonable blasting parameters.This technology is applied in the field site,as a result,the monthly tunneling length increased from 100.0 m to 147.5 m,hence fast and safe tunneling was achieved in the rock roadway.
