    Study on Fire Extinguishing Effect of Liquid CO2 Injection in Goaf Area of 010905 Working Face in Wuhushan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了研究五虎山煤矿010905工作面上覆采空区氧化带区域注液态二氧化碳的实际防灭火效果,在工作面后部采空区合适位置设计地表钻孔,对采空区氧化带区域实施地表直注液态二氧化碳措施,液态二氧化碳大量气化后,温度、氧气浓度、有害气体得到了有效控制,保证了工作面安全开采。地表钻孔直注液态二氧化碳后,利用联巷密闭内预设束管和传感器进行观测。结果表明:试验区域温度、氧浓度呈直线下降趋势,CO2气体浓度呈先急剧升高后不断降低趋势,治理效果明显。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the actual fire-fighting effect of injecting liquid carbon dioxide into the oxidation zone of the goaf area on the 010905 working surface of Wuhushan Coal Mine, surface drilling was designed in the right position of the goaf area at the back of the working face, and liquid carbon dioxide was directly injected into the surface of the oxidized zone of the working face. After a large amount of liquid carbon dioxide was vaporized, the temperature, oxygen concentration and harmful gases were effectively controlled, ensuring the safe mining of the working face. After the liquid carbon dioxide is directly injected into the surface of the borehole, the prearranged beam tube and sensor are used to observe. The results showed that: the temperature and oxygen concentration in the test area showed a linear decline trend, while the CO2 gas concentration showed a sharp rise first and then a continuous decline trend, and the treatment effect was obvious.
