    Analysis and Treatment of Inverted Air Flow in Main Inclined Shaft of Guojiahe Coal Mine in Winter

    • 摘要: 为解决郭家河煤矿冬季主斜井风流反向问题,对自然风压逆转井巷风流的原因及过程进行分析,结合理论分析提出了郭家河煤矿主斜井风流反向的3项治理方案,对郭家河煤矿通风系统进行合理简化,建立了矿井正常通风时期和反风初期的三维通风仿真模型,通过矿井反风初期三维通风模型对主斜井反风的3项治理方案进行网络分风模拟,优选出了提高副斜井风流温度这一治理方案。模拟结果表明:提高副斜井风流温度能够解决冬季主斜井风流反向问题,并能够降低主副斜井间的自然风压和矿井通风阻力,冬季地面气温继续降低时能够通过调整地面热风器功率提高副斜井风流温度,能够进一步防止主斜井风流反向的发生,保证了矿井通风系统的稳定。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of inverted air airflow in main inclined shaft in winter, the causes and process of natural wind pressure reverses airflow in roadway were analyzed. Three air flow reverse control schemes for main inclined shaft were proposed based on theoretical analysis. Three-dimensional mine ventilation simulation model is established on the basis of reasonable simplification of the ventilation system in Guojiahe Coal Mine. Three control schemes are simulated by network air distribution on the basis of three-dimensional mine ventilation model. Improvement of air flow temperature in auxiliary inclined shaft has been optimized. The simulation results show that increasing the air flow temperature in the secondary inclined shaft can solve the problem inverted air flow in main inclined shaft in winter. At the same time, it can reduce the natural air pressure and mine ventilation resistance between the main and auxiliary inclined shaft. Increasing the power of the ground heater can maintain the air flow temperature in the secondary inclined shaft when the ground temperature continues to decrease in winter. It can prevent inverted air flow in main inclined shaft and ensure the stability of ventilation system.
