    • 摘要: 在煤矿瓦斯抽采系统中引入煤层气高效抽采的PLC智能控制技术,通过对瓦斯浓度预设值与传感器实际监测值的比较实现瓦斯抽采管路电动调节阀的智能控制。建立CO、C2H4、O2浓度及环境温度、负压等参数的逻辑控制集合,控制地面抽采泵站等设备的运行状态。通过实验室模拟测试与调试验证了控制系统的可靠性和准确性,能够有效调节瓦斯抽采系统的流量和设备状态。

       

      Abstract: By introducing PLC intelligent control technology of coal bed gas efficient extraction to the coal mine gas drainage system,and the comparion between the default value of gas concentration and sensor actual monitoring value,intelligent control of electrically operated valve in gas extraction pipeline is achieved.The logic control sets of CO,C2H4,O2 concentration and environmental temperature,subprssure and other parameters are established to control the running status of ground drainage pumping stations and other devices.The reliability and accuracy of the control system is verified through laboratory simulation and debug test,and the control system can effectively regulate the flow and device status of the gas drainage system.
