    基于短孔快速抽采的低透煤层煤巷掘进技术

    • 摘要: 针对煤层透气性差、钻孔瓦斯流量衰减较快、采取迎头超前长钻孔抽采效果不佳而导致煤巷掘进速度慢等问题,提出利用检修班时间采用短钻孔进行掘进迎头快速集中抽采,通过短时间、高强度抽采小范围瓦斯,减小通风压力,提高煤巷掘进速度的新思路。通过在霍尔辛赫煤矿3605回风巷应用表明,在检修班采用短钻孔快速抽采工艺,在回风流与工作面瓦斯浓度降低20%的前提下,工作面月进尺提升50%,实现了对低透气性煤层煤巷工作面瓦斯的有效治理。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor permeability of coal seam, fast attenuation of gas flow in boreholes, poor effect of long boreholes in advance and slow driving speed of coal roadway, a new idea is proposed that short boreholes should be used for rapid centralized mining in front of coal roadway in overhaul shift time, and small-scale gas should be extracted in short time and high strength to reduce ventilation pressure and improve driving speed of coal roadway. Through the application of 3605 return air roadway in Huoerxinhe Coal Mine, it is shown that under the premise of 20% reduction of return air flow and gas concentration in working face, the monthly advance footage of working face is increased by 50%. The effective control of gas in low permeability coal seam roadway is realized.
