    大功率深孔定向钻机双马达动力头设计

    Design of Double Motor Power Head of High Power Deep Hole Directional Drilling Rig

    • 摘要: 为了满足大功率深孔定向装备对动力头的需求,采用理论与现场试验相结合的方法,开发了大功率深孔定向钻机用双马达动力头;对双马达动力头的卡盘、箱体、制动装置等关键技术进行研究。在晋煤集团寺河矿进行工业性试验,施工完成1 881 m孔深的钻孔,验证了双马达动力头的性能和可靠性,满足大功率深孔定向钻机的需要。

       

      Abstract: To meet the demand of power head for high power deep hole directional equipment, the double motor power head was developed by combining theory with field test. The key technologies of double motor power head, such as chuck, box and brake device were studied, and the industrial test was carried out in Sihe Mine of Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group. A drill hole with a depth of 1 881 meters was completed to verify the performance and reliability of the double motor power head and meet the needs of high power deep hole directional drilling rigs.
