    Research on Influence Mechanism of Social Capital on Safety Behavior of Coal Miners

    • 摘要: 为有效提高矿工安全行为水平,寻求新的安全行为管理切入点,利用5家煤矿企业的311份有效问卷数据进行实证分析。从个体层面的社会资本视角出发,引入情绪智力为中介变量,构建结构方程模型,深层次分析煤矿工人的社会资本对安全行为的影响机制。实证研究结果表明:社会资本结构、认知和关系维度均显著正向影响矿工情绪智力、安全行为;煤矿工人情绪智力显著正向影响安全行为;情绪智力在社会资本对矿工安全行为的影响关系中发挥部分中介作用。

       

      Abstract: To effectively improve the safety behavior level of miners and seek a new entry point for safety behavior management, we use 311 valid questionnaire data from 6 coal mining enterprises for empirical analysis, and from the perspective of social capital at the individual level, introduce emotional intelligence as an intermediary variable, construct a structural equation model, and deeply analyze the influence mechanism of social capital on safety behavior of coal mining workers. The empirical results show that the social capital structure, cognition and relationship dimensions have a significant positive impact on the emotional intelligence and safety behavior of miners; the emotional intelligence of coal mining workers has a significant positive impact on safety behavior, and emotional intelligence plays a part of the intermediary role in the relationship between social capital and safety behavior.
