    煤壁防渗堵漏材料及其性能研究

    Study on Anti-seepage and Leakage-plugging Material of Coal Wall and Its Properties

    • 摘要: 为了从煤壁外部入手,解决瓦斯抽取率以及瓦斯浓度低的问题,防止外部空气通过煤壁孔隙、裂隙混入瓦斯,提高瓦斯的浓度,提出了一种方法:即向煤壁喷涂一种溶液材料并形成厚度均匀且致密的薄膜,用来封堵煤层表面的裂隙,使煤层表面的渗透系数大幅度降低,从而加快瓦斯抽采并获得更高浓度的瓦斯。通过筛选比对各种可能的材料,参照实验目的需求,选取了丙烯酸硅改性聚合物防水涂料和JS09聚合物防水涂料,研究了这2种材料喷涂成膜以后的气密性、强度、延展性等性能。结果表明:丙烯酸硅改性聚合物防水涂料初步满足要求,可作为进一步实验的备选材料。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of low gas extraction rate and gas concentration from the outside of coal wall, prevent external air from mixing with gas through pores and cracks in the coal wall to increase the concentration of gas, this paper proposes a method: spraying a solution material to the coal wall and forming a thin film with uniform and dense thickness, which can be used to seal the cracks on the surface of coal seam, reduce the permeability coefficient of coal seam surface greatly, so as to accelerate gas extraction and obtain higher concentration of gas. By screening and comparing various possible materials, and referring to the purpose and requirements of the experiment, the acrylic silicon modified polymer waterproof coating and JS09 polymer waterproof coating were selected. The properties of air tightness, strength and ductility of these two materials were studied. The results show that the polymer waterproofing coating modified by silicon acrylic acid meets the requirements and can be used as an alternative material for further experiments.
