    Full Dip Drill and Drilling Technology in Bottom Suction Roadway

    • 摘要: 为了提高底抽巷穿层孔施工效率,研制了ZDY3600LQ型履带钻机;针对硬岩地层,开发了液动潜孔锤配PDC钻头的新型高效钻进钻具组合和多动力冲击回转钻进技术。通过试验验证:新型钻机满足底抽巷工况条件下快速移动与稳固、开孔全倾角调节等高效施工要求,新型钻具和钻进技术使硬岩孔段钻进效率提高了39.3%~78.9%,达到了预期研究目标。

       

      Abstract: To improve the construction efficiency of bottom suction roadway through layer hole, the ZDY3600LQ type crawler drill was developed, meanwhile, the hard rock drilling tool assembly with hydraulic DTH hammer and PDC bit was developed. Test results showed that the drilling rig could meet the requirement of high efficiency construction under the condition of bottom suction roadway and the drilling efficiency of hard rock increased by 39.3%-78.9%.
