    Influence of Drill Pipe Type on Drilling and Slagging in Soft Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对松软煤层顺层钻孔压风排渣困难的问题,通过现场试验分析2种钻孔施工中风压和风量的变化规律,确定了最小风压及其计算方法。结果表明:由于钻杆结构的不同,相同风压下,三棱钻杆比圆钻杆更容易排渣,在相同深度下圆钻杆的最小供风压力比三棱钻杆大;2种类型钻杆在施工过程中随深度增加风量均呈现下降的趋势,而圆钻杆下降的趋势的绝对量比三棱钻杆大;随着施工深度的增加,2种钻杆钻屑量均呈增加的趋势,在同一深度三棱钻杆明显比圆钻杆钻屑量要大;圆钻杆与孔壁的排渣空间要小于三棱钻杆,在钻进速度相同的情况下,煤屑在三棱钻杆钻孔中的阻塞几率要小于圆钻杆,三棱钻杆更容易将钻屑顺利地排出,而且还有利于瓦斯的排放。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem of pressure air exhaust slag by borehole along the soft coal seam, the minimum air pressure and its calculation method are determined by analyzing the variation law of the air pressure and air volume in the two kinds of drilling construction through the field test. The results show that: due to the different structure of drill pipe, under the same wind pressure, the mitsubishi drill pipe is easier to discharge slag than the round drill pipe, and the minimum air supply pressure of the round drill pipe is greater than that of the triangular drill pipe at the same depth; the air volume of the two types of drill pipe decreases with the increase of the depth during the construction, while the absolute amount of the downward trend of the round drill pipe is greater than that of the mitsubishi drill pipe; with the increase of the construction depth, the cuttings of the two drill pipes show a trend of increasing, at the same depth, the cuttings of mitsubishi drill pipes are obviously larger than that of circular drill pipes; the slag discharge space between the round drill pipe and the hole wall should be less than that of the triangular drill pipe. Under the same drilling speed, the blocking probability of coal cuttings in the drilling of the triangular drill pipe is less than that of the circular drill pipe. The triangular drill pipe is easier to discharge the cuttings smoothly, and it is also conducive to the gas discharge.
