    煤矿井下穿层钻孔高效钻进方法

    High Efficiency Drilling Methods for Through Beds Hole in Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下穿层钻孔遇到的钻进效率问题,为了便于煤矿井下工艺技术试验研究,将顶底板岩层按硬度系数f划分成3种等级:较硬岩(4≤f<8)、坚硬岩(8≤f<15)和极硬岩(f≥15),针对不同等级岩石研究与之相适应的钻进方法,并总结相应的最优工艺参数。通过大量的现场试验,总结出了适用于较硬岩的高强度PDC钻头回转钻进方法,试验钻进效率提高了1.6~2倍;适用于坚硬岩的回转冲击钻进方法,试验钻进效率提高了约50倍;适用于极硬岩的冲击回转钻进方法,试验钻进效率提高了约4~25倍。

       

      Abstract: Considering the drilling efficiency problem encountered by crossing holes in underground coal mine, the paper divided roof and floor rock stratum into three grades in order to facilitate the study of technology in underground coal mine: high hard rock (4≤f<8), sturdy hard rock (8≤f<15), super hard rock(f≥15). According to different grades of rock, the paper developed corresponding drilling technology and summarized corresponding optimal process parameters. Through a large number of field tests, the high strength PDC bit rotary drilling method was developed, which was suitable for high hard rock, at the same time the test drilling efficiency increased by about 1.6 to 2 times; the rotary-percussion drilling method was developed, which was suitable for sturdy hard rock, moreover, the test drilling efficiency increased by 50 times; the percussive-rotary drilling method was developed, which was suitable for super hard rock, meanwhile, the test drilling efficiency increased by 4 to 25 times.
