    一种强实时性煤矿安全监控系统分站通信方案

    A Strong Real-time Communication Scheme for Substation of Coal Mine Safety Monitoring System

    • 摘要: 针对目前煤矿安全监控系统存在实时性低、通信不稳定易中断、传感器故障或超限时断电控制时间过长等问题,对CAN总线特点、软件工程、煤安监函20165号《煤矿安全监控系统升级改造技术方案》以及煤矿井下真实环境等进行了详细调研与分析研究,设计了一种强实时性通信方案,并进行了系统软硬件设计。系统连续运行期间,无异常数据产生,传感器故障或超限断电时间:本地可在2 s内完成,异控可以5 s内完成。技术指标符合AQ 6201—2006《煤矿安全监控系统通用技术要求》。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the current mine safety monitoring system, such as low real-time performance, unstable communication and easy interruption, sensor failure or over-limit power failure control time, etc, the characteristics of CAN bus, software engineering, Coal Mine Safety Monitoring System Upgrade and Transformation Technology Program (Coal Safety Supervision 2016 No.5) and the real underground environment of coal mine were investigated and analyzed in detail. A strong real-time communication scheme is designed, and the software and hardware of the system are designed. During the continuous operation of the system, abnormal data are not generated, sensor failure or over-limit power off time can be completed locally within 2 s, and the out-of-control can be completed within 5 s. The technical indicators comply with the General Technical Requirements for Coal Mine Safety Monitoring System (AQ 6201—2006).
