    A Proximity Sensor for Locating Mine Cars with Narrow Gauge

    • 摘要: 在矿用窄轨车辆运输监控系统建设中,需要使用接近传感器对车轮定位以检测矿车的实时位置。接近传感器需要具有一定的稳定性和检测精度。针对这一需求,研制一种矿用接近传感器,对接近传感器的关键部件进行了分析研究,确定了解决方案并进行了实际测试。接近传感器的重要部件是振荡线圈,磁芯形状、线圈材质对振荡线圈的影响较大。对几种不同形状的磁芯及不同线材的组合进行了测试与研究,制作了传感器并进行了现场应用。

       

      Abstract: In the construction of mine-used narrow-rail vehicle transportation monitoring system, proximity sensors are required to locate the wheels to detect the exact location of the mine car. Proximity sensors require some stability and detection accuracy. In view of this demand, a mineral proximity sensor is developed, the key components of the proximity sensor are analyzed and studied, the solution is determined and the actual test is carried out. An important component of the proximity sensor is the oscillating coil. The magnetic-core shape and coil material have a great influence on the oscillating coil, and the combination of several different shapes and wires is tested and studied, sensors were made and field applications were carried out.
