    Key Technology of Full Section Crawler Drilling Rig in Thin Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为加快解决薄煤层瓦斯抽采问题,促进先进的瓦斯抽采设备在薄煤层施工中应用,针对适应低矮巷道、薄煤层低位、全断面钻孔施工的钻机进行了深入研究;主要对钻机的整体结构布局及关键技术进行了研究,详细介绍了翻转式调角稳固装置、内嵌式低矮履带车体和钻机低矮功能整体实现的设计;同时对钻机的操纵系统包括移动式主操纵台、行走操纵台及功能切换阀进行了研究,研制出了低矮全断面薄煤层施工用履带钻机。通过现场应用进一步验证了该钻机在低矮巷道钻探施工中良好的适应性及针对薄煤层钻探施工的高效性。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of thin coal seam gas extraction and promote the application of advanced gas extraction equipment in thin coal seam mining area, the drilling machine suitable for the low section of thin coal seam in low roadway was studied. This paper mainly studies the overall structure layout and key technology of the drill, and introduces in detail the design of the integrated low crawler body and the low function of the drill with the built-in low crawler body of the tilting angle adjusting and stabilizing device. At the same time, the control system of the drilling rig including the mobile main control board and the functional switch valve is studied. The crawler drilling rig for the construction of low full-section thin coal seam is developed. The good adaptability of the drilling rig in the construction of low roadway drilling and the high efficiency for the construction of thin coal seam drilling are further verified through the field application.
