    Influence Factor of Roadway Surrounding Plastic Zone Under Unequal Stress in Two Directions

    • 摘要: 为探讨两向不等压巷道围岩塑性区的分布规律,以淮北许疃煤矿-500 m水平81采区南翼轨道大巷为工程背景,利用Abaqus数值模拟软件,采用控制变量法,对两向不等压巷道围岩塑性区的影响因素及其规律展开研究。结果表明:塑性区受地压大小、侧压系数及围岩岩性的影响较为显著;巷道半径及支护虽然对塑性区的大小有一定的影响,但并不明显,且对塑性区形状的影响几乎可忽略。根据影响规律的研究,提高围岩岩性和降低主应力差是控制巷道围岩塑性变形2种有效手段。

       

      Abstract: To study the distribution of surrounding rock plastic zone in roadway under unequal stress in two directions, the south rail lane in 500 m underground 81 mining area of Xutuan Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background. The influencing factors on roadway surrounding plastic zone under unequal stress in two directions, as well as their influencing laws are studied by using the numerical simulation software Abaqus and adopting control variable method. The results show that the plastic zone is strongly affected by ground pressure, lateral pressure coefficient and surrounding rock lithology. The size of plastic zone is somewhat affected by the roadway radius and support, but it is not obvious. And the roadway radius and support have almost no effect on the shape of plastic zone. According to the study, improving the surrounding rock lithology and reducing the principal stress difference are two effective means to control the plastic deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
