    九里山矿井下定向钻孔卡钻事故处理实践

    The Practice of Sticking Accident Treatment for Directional Drilling in Jiulishan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 煤矿井下定向钻孔技术因具有长距离瓦斯抽采钻孔能力而被广泛应用,而卡钻事故是煤矿井下定向钻孔技术应用面临的主要风险。以九里山井下定向钻孔卡钻事故为例,根据卡钻处地层因素、钻孔轨迹、钻孔施工情况,分析得出常见卡钻事故产生机理,制定卡钻事故处理基本流程。最后事故实际处理情况验证该卡钻处理流程的合理性。

       

      Abstract: Directional drilling technology was widely applied for the long-distance gas drainage and drilling capacity in coal mine,sticking accident was the major risk for directional drilling technology in coal mine.It took directional drilling sticking accident in Jiulishan coal mine for example,according to the stratum factor of sticking position,borehole trajectory,and drilling construction situation,it analyzed and obtained the generation mechanism of common sticking accident,formulated the basic process of sticking accident treatment.Finally,the actual processing situation verified the rationality of the sticking accident treatment process.
